Is Arklie free to use?
Yes — the Basic tier is free and covers compliance tracking and reminders for up to two properties. Paid tiers unlock tenant management, mortgage tracking, reports and more as your portfolio grows.
Which platforms will Arklie be available on?
Arklie is being built as a native-feeling app for both iOS and Android, alongside an installable web app. Join the waitlist to be notified the moment it launches on each store.
How many properties can I manage?
The free tier supports up to two properties. Starter, Pro and Unlimited tiers remove that limit entirely.
Can I invite my accountant or letting agent?
Team access for agents and accountants is included on the Unlimited tier, alongside document vault and bulk import tools.
How do reminders work?
Arklie tracks expiry dates for certificates, rent reviews and mortgage rates, and sends reminders ahead of time so nothing catches you out — with escalating reminders available on higher tiers as a date gets closer.
