What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waiting list, with the date you joined, the date you confirmed and the version of the wording you agreed to.
• Nothing else. There are no analytics or advertising cookies on this site. We remember your Light or Dark choice in your own browser only.

Why, and on what basis

To email you about Arklie's launch. We do this because you asked us to (your consent). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.

Who helps us

• Cloudflare runs this website, keeps the waiting list in a database stored in the EU, and checks sign-ups are from people rather than bots (Turnstile).
• Resend sends our emails from its EU (Ireland) region. It keeps your address and email records in the United States, under the UK's approved safeguards for transfers.
• Sentry records errors on this website, in the EU. We do not send it your email address.

How long we keep it

If you don't confirm your address, we delete it after 30 days. Once confirmed, we keep it until you unsubscribe or until we close the waiting list after launch, whichever is first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@arklietech.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
